Production: Please allow 4-6 weeks for production of imprinted orders. Production time is base on proof approval date.

Payment: New 30 days from ship date. Credit approval required. VISA/MC and American Express are accepted and required for orders under 500 units. Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Overruns/Under runs: Standard printing industry standards prevail on imprinted orders of 2,500+. Overruns or under runs will not exceed 10 percent of the quantity ordered. HealthStyle Press will bill for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.

Shipping & Handling: All orders are shipped FOB factory Wisconsin. Any claims for loss, damage or theft should be made with carrier.

Delivery: Delivery is typically 1-2 weeks from date of shipment. For standard in-stock orders, allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Returns: Imprinted material cannot be returned unless it is unacceptable due to factory error. A 5% restocking fee applies for standard product.
