Please call us at 1-800-783-2145 to place your customized order. If you will be imprinting your booklets, please review these guidelines before submitting artwork to us:

• 500-2,499 unit orders One Color Imprint

  Hi-resolution scan of logo at 1200 dpi, black and white-not gray scale but Bitmap. Provide scanned logos at the size or larger to be imprinted.Native EPS. Please imbed fonts or outline all text.
  
  TIFF at Hi-resolution (600 dpi or more), black and white-not gray scale but Bitmap.
  
  Files can also be saved in Quark, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, or PageMaker 6.0+.
  
  Color: Please specify PMS Color

• 2,500+ unit orders 4-color Imprint

  Images should be at 100% of size at 300 dpi saved as a TIFF or JPG.
  
  Line art should be at 600 dpi (minimum) and saved at 100% of its intended size or more as a native EPS or TIFF. If file is an eps, please imbed fonts and art.
  
  Please have file in CMYK mode (4-color process) and colors saved as process. No Spot colors.
  
  Provide scanned logos at the size or larger to be imprinted.
  
  Files can also be saved in Quark, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, or PageMaker 6.0+.

Artwork received that does not meet the specified format may delay production.

Standard printing industry standards prevail on imprinted orders of 2,500+. Overruns or under runs will not exceed 10 percent of the quantity ordered. HealthStyle Press will bill for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.
