"We are using the Medication Health Guides with a program where we go into the client's home, teaching them or a family member how to set up their medications, how to record this into the guide and take the guide with them to their physician. They have been well received by our clients/families. The nurses are assisting the clients in filling out the guides."

"We use the Senior Health Guide as a tool for fraud, errors and abuse prevention. They are distributed at health fairs, one-on-one counseling and during presentations. The response has been overwhelmingly good."
